Voula brings over 20 years of banking experience, with a deep background in underwriting, lending, and risk management. Joseph “Joe” Ring’s 20-year career began as a stock broker and later evolved into financial advising, helping clients grow and protect their wealth.
Together, they combined their expertise to create Simba’s Realty, LLC—a firm focused on thoughtful, disciplined real estate investing and property management.
The company’s name was inspired by their COVID rescue dog, Simba. Simba represents the pillars that guide everything they do: loyalty, dependability, and trustworthiness. These values shape how Simba’s Realty serves its clients, cares for its properties, and builds long-term relationships.
